RU-CENTER Client Notification Methods

RU-CENTER duly informs its clients and partners by email of any service renewals and updates into form data, documents (contracts, addenda thereto, etc.) and services delivered.

If you do not receive service messages or technical support responses from RU-CENTER, it is most likely that you use in your mail settings in spam-filters (for example, Spamhaus).

Mail delivery problems occur due to inclusion of some RU-CENTER networks in Spamhaus . Spamhaus added RU-CENTER IP-addresses in their lists illegitimately.

If our messages become blocked, we recommend that you withdraw from using Spamhouse lists in spam-filters or add exception for the messages coming from e-mail addresses nic.ru and from mail-servers *.ripn.net, in particular, from network 194.85.61.112/30.

To avoid any problems related to non-receipt of service updates, all data introduced into "e-mail" and "mnt-nfy" fields of the contract form shall be authentic.

Therefore, the contacts other than form data may be made publicly viewable.
